I typically wear size 8 and 8.5, but sized up to a 9. The side zipper was easy to zip up and down. I was also worried I would need a wide calf size, but the regular size fit fine. The suede material of the boots is very pretty and I love the embroidery of the thread design. The first time I wore these were line dancing. I had no problems wearing the shoes dancing for about 2 hours and my feet never hurt. These boots are super nice and a fraction of the cost compared to higher end brands.

I've got a problem with the nerves in my foot so I can't at the present time, but I'm hoping that I will eventually be able to return to wearing heels like these.
