Its nice to be able to see what's in the bottle and still have the protection that the slight tint provides to light sensitive oils. I like the finger caps that you open when you are pouring and you can close for storing. One time using a different brand bottle that didn't have a cap on the spout, the spout slipped out of the bottle and I had olive oil everywhere. NOT FUN. Also, there are some pre-printed stick on labels you can use if you want. You get 4 already printed for oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and cooking wine, and 3 blank ones you can write on. Bottles are made of thick glass and heavier than i thought they would be. They have a quality feel about them and look good sitting on the counter. They come in a well packed box with 4 bottles and 5 finger caps installed on 5 spouts, so you have one extra spout.
