He drinks this daily to help him keep up his protein levels as he has a hard time eating alot. This has improved them by looking at the blood tests (he has primary sclerosing cholangitis a genetic liver disease) and he feels a WHOLE lot better. It's been godsend. BTW -- he only drinks this flavour. Claims it is the best.

It's expensive I wish it were a little bit cheaper, but it's worth it for me. It has a lot of protein and I have a hard time keeping my weight on. I love the flavor. I love the texture. It doesn't have a funky aftertaste. I love it. It's good cold it's good room temperature. It doesn't have to be refrigerated and it comes the same day.
