do not buy this. it crashes and locks you out alot

The computer crashes a lot, and now it is asking for a bitlocker key that I do not have. (I did not set up bitlocker, so i assume the seller did??) Because of this bitlocker key issue I am unable to access my new laptop whatsoever. My Microsoft account has no recovery key because i never set up bitlocker, so any attempt to turn on this laptop results in a bluescreen asking for a bitlocker key. Do not recommend. The customer service number is out of service as well.
