The hat is comfortable and provides great sun protection while being well ventilated to prevent over-heating. For this purchase, EXCELLENT customer service was the star (5, to be exact; 10 if I could). This is sold and shipped by Gravity Trading, not Walmart. There was a mix-up at their warehouse and I received the wrong product. I was able to contact them directly and they fixed the error THE VERY NEXT DAY! They followed up and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. So glad great customer service can still be found.
