"Sleep & Mood Support"
I took L-tryptophan once a day, 500 milligrams, equivalent to one capsule, to improve my sleep because I couldn't fall asleep at a normal time, staying up until after 11 or 12 every night. I also took this supplement to enhance my mood as a neurotransmitter. I think this supplement works very gently and has a cumulative effect. Since I took it together with 5-HTP and sometimes even melatonin, it's hard to judge the specific impact of this supplement alone, but in combination with all these supplements, the effect was quite good. Therefore, I confidently took this supplement as recommended by my nutritionist.

Excellent!
I take one capsule daily on an empty stomach before bedtime and find it very beneficial with clean ingredients and easy to swallow with an acceptable taste. I consider this to be an essential high quality supplement with in my daily regime and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
