The people Walmart chose for the assembly did not have a clue what they were doing. They did not mount the insert in, and put some of the parts on upside down and backwards. luckily I have a good friend that was able to correct their mistakes. Walmart did however refund my money for the assembly. I am loving this fireplace every day, even in the summer... because you don't have to have the heat on, you can just have the flame on.
