Lightweight %26 fully assembled (except for foot rests). I don't use the foot rests to scoot myself around. Excellent locking breaks, too. I highly recommend. Great value for such a low cost.

She says it is very comfortable, it comes almost completely assembled and is great quality. If I had one complaint I hate that it doesn't lock shut. I think that would make it super easy to get in and out of the trunk. Regardless of that I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it
