Arrived quickly via OnTrac from Sacramento CA to Portland OR. Mostly assembled, one small black plastic wheel hub cap cracked/broken. Completed assembly in 10 mins although no instructions were included in box. Seat is cloth sling style. Footrests are slightly loose on aluminum tubing: may swivel. Received black paint version though requested red.

I've used this when traveling internationally by airplane on two roundtrips. The tire on one wheel got slightly damaged on one flight, but it still works well and the chair feels quite sturdy.
