Greatly reduces my pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently going through perimenepause and experience quite a bit of menstrual cramps. Usually when it strikes I reach for some ibuprofen which doesn't fully do the job. Adding this roll on to the mix has helped me so much! I love that it doesn't feel greasy or make a mess of my sheets like other topicals can. The smell is nice but I already love the smell of menthol lol. I was happy to see magnesium in the ingredients because it's so helpful with sleep and calms me down pretty quickly. My cramps usually get pretty bad, did this eliminate the pain on its own? No. It did however lessen them without needing my heating pad. For me personally that is worth 5 stars and a future purchase. I also found the rollers gave a nice quick massage.
