Great for my feet. Unfortunately, I have Eczema on the palms of my hands...like little papercuts. So I rub this on my feet, then immediately wash my hands as the cream burns my hands. But my feet are doing really well. I read in other reviews not for open skin, so that was helpful to know as I didn't understand the burn upon first use; well, read the booklet included silly girl.

This cream is awesome! I tried a 25% urea creme while I was looking for the 40% - but it was no contest to the texture, light scent, and immediate response of the skin on my feet! I didn't have to use much to cover and soften my skin. When my doctor recommended it, she said "...don't pay too much - you shouldn't have to pay more than $10-15 for an 8oz. jar. I was fortunate to find this quality at a great price, without having to use my insurance!
