Primal Kitchen No Dairy Alfredo Sauce 15 oz

Honestly, this tastes nothing like Alfredo sauce whatsoever. However it was pretty tasty to me still. I'm not sure how to quite describe it; but it's pretty tangy with an almost a lemon peppery flavor to it. I love lemon pepper, so I didn't mind the flavor at all and with my current diet restrictions I'd still buy it again. just not with the expectation of it tasting like Alfredo. If you don't like a peppery spice or flavor though, you probably won't like this. But overall I enjoyed it. It looks horrid coming straight out of the jar and has a very gelatinous texture to it, but once you mix it onto your noodles it doesn't have a slimy or unpleasant texture like I was expecting. If you're looking for something that has that very classic Alfredo flavor though - this is not it. Still a good sauce though.
