Like homemade with a twist
I normally just buy a tub of ricotta cheese and add salt, black pepper and butter to make a sauce like this, but the lemon sounded good and I decided to give this jar of sauce a try. It was fantastic! I bought several more jars to keep in my pantry for quick weeknight meals to serve over pasta or ravioli or tortellini. I think it would be a fabulous base for white pizza, too!

so I mixed in some grating cheese I mixed in ham chunks and peas little bit of milk made into almost like an alfredo sauce put it over lemon ricotta ravioli it was incredible then I had so much leftover the next day I poured it over chicken oh my God it made the best lemon chicken

A little expensive but the flavor of this sauce is so worth it! A little bit lemony and creamy. Goes great with pasta, chicken, broccoli! It reminds me of the Trader Joes Lemon Alfredo sauce which is my favorite!
