I recommend this item to every woman I know that struggles with thinning hair. I have Lupus, RA, and had a thyroidectomy, so my hair cycles through bouts of hair loss and thinning consistently. Great product. I've only been taking these less than 2 months and already my family's been noticing my thicker hair and that its gotten at least 2-3" longer in this short amount of time. After my coma last year, my hair started falling out and has been very thin, frizzy and never seemed to recover from the trauma. Now its really filling in 2x thicker, and getting longer very quickly.
