Wet and Wild is an eyebrow pencil that is shockingly inexpensive. The market for eyebrow pencils is flooded and the cost is staggering. Designer brands are small delicate pencils that break off easily . This Wet and Wild is a product women should take the time to discover.

I use this to add a little top liner for my day-to-day. The color is nice and it goes on quite smoothly (I prefer pencil liners to liquid). Generally it stays in place, although I do mostly desk work - I am not sure what it would look like after dancing or performances. I like that it travels a little easier than an eyeshadow palette, too.
