While I absolutely love the tissues themselves FOR THE PRICE I PAID, I am very disappointed in the seller... I placed two orders for different products in the same tissue family that were different prices said to arrive a week apart (fair enough). The shipping fee was rightfully charged for the large order and I was suspicious that they may try to charge me again for the second order a week later. Thankfully that did not happen and I was initially very happy when I got the notice that both orders were arriving on the earlier date (yeah team). Then on the day, I was notified that the shipment was delayed, but a couple of hours later the large order arrived safe and sound in two bundles. No word on the small order for a couple days (that figures)... Then BOOM, my order is cancelled and I can expect a refund in a few days (What?). I was told that I could reorder the smaller items at the current price PLUS SHIPPING (AHHH, now I get it!). You do you , but the reviews for this seller are not good (Pity, I really like the tissues!).
