Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce is better than the reduced salt version. I found that the reduced salt version has a chemical in it that affects me adversely. You don't need a lot of the original Kikkoman to make your rice or chicken taste great!

The characteristic hexagon consists of a symbolic turtle shell and the Japanese kanji character for the number 10,000, uniting “tradition” and “innovation”.
