Great coffee maker that is easy to use and clean! Comes with a 1 year warranty that they extend to 3 years if you register with them. I like this model over others because its easy to pull out the grinder, providing quick and easy access to clean it.

I bought this coffee machine mainly to replace an older one that had become inconsistent, and after using it for a couple of weeks, the difference is noticeable. Setup was straightforward, and I didn't have to adjust much to get a solid cup of coffee. One morning I brewed the same beans I'd been using for months, and the taste was cleaner and more balanced, without the bitterness I usually get. What makes this machine better than others I've owned is consistency. Every cup comes out the same strength, and the water temperature seems more stable, which actually matters more than extra features. It also runs quietly and doesn't vibrate or shift on the counter while brewing, which gives it a sturdier feel overall. Nothing about it feels gimmicky—it just does its job well. Compared to other machines I've tried, this one requires less tweaking and produces reliable results, which is ultimately what I want from a coffee maker.

Quick, consistent and easy

This coffee machine takes home-brewed coffee freshness to a new level without any more hassle than a normal machine. The grinder works quite quickly and drops the grounds directly into the filter basket so that the coffee can be brewed immediately. I especially like the quality of the burr grinder, which has multiple settings ranging from fine enough for an espresso to coarse enough for cold brew or French press coffee (I've used it for all 3). If you want to use the grinds for something else, it comes with a convenient container that you can use instead of the filter basket. Additionally, since the filter basket is a separate, removable part of the machine, you don't need to run a separate rinse cycle if you just want to make hot water. I also find the timer to be quite convenient. The build quality seems nice enough. I like that the carafe is glass and that the filter basket is designed so that when you remove the carafe, a valve shuts to stop the coffee from dispensing. The heating pad is also quite hot and stays on for a couple of hours, or until you manually turn it off. The markings seem to be for 5-ounce cups, which leaves plenty of room for milk. The only thing I don't like is that the strength setting—which changes the amount of water it puts into the beans at once—can only be adjusted in the "grind and brew" option. However, that is not a big deal because the grinder doesn't run for very long anyway. The coffee it brews tastes quite good, and I have had a much easier time making a consistently good cold brew than with my normal blade grinder.
