Way too long

I like that the dress had a lining, it was big on me and went to the floor I had to have an entire tier taken off and the sides taken in to make it work. The alterations cost more than the dress! I should have returned it!

Two layers of fabric on dress I bought for hot weather!

I buy 100% cotton dresses because the weather is very hot in the summer where I am. This dress has a lining, so is 2 layers of fabric. There is nothing in the description to warn of this. Also, the smocked waist is very stiff and uncomfortable. The dress is very unattractive on me. Returned it.
