I ordered these because they were recommended for anti-aging prevention. I have taken D3 before but not in combination with vitamin K so we shall see. Otherwise, the shipped quickly, are easy to swallow, and didn't cause any digestive problems for me.

If you take vitamin D and even if you do in small amounts, it will flood into your body. And cause calcification, buildup, which could be critical and fatal down-the-line. You must use vitamin K to along with vitamin D to make sure it goes into your bones and teeth are it will float around inside your body and cause damage. Put this in your cart and order it immediately. If you take vitamin D at all and even in just a multivitamin in small doses, you can Google it, but I've been doing this for 50 years, trust me.
