Not an exterior light as listed

The item description lists this at an exterior light. However the crystal pieces of this light are dangling and are not suitable for the outdoors where the wind will make the pieces clang on the metal frame making a lot of noise and likely beeaking. On the box, the item is actually listed as an indoor light fixture.
