I had to at least see this very different,romantic Free Assembly blouse for myself,even though my style is mostly preppy or classic, The sleeves are sewn on in raglan style, (like a baseball shirt)full and voluminous, and gathered with elastic at the wrists. There is also, a lot of fabric in the blouse itself , and,a wider neckline, making it very easy to pull over the head . You could tuck it into high waisted pants or jeans, or leave it out for an oversized look. The bow is grosgrain ribbon ,stitched at the ends to prevent fraying. Romantic,maybe Victorian -inspired, you will definitely feel special and pretty stepping out in this one.
