assembly not difficult. it does take a little time. I'm 6'4" and I don't think it sits low to the floor. seating is verry comfortable. the only thing that could be improved is the back rest. it is a little low for me. 2" higher back support would be great and back cushions could use a little more padding. overall a good price and comfort.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Please do not work with this company. They are so rude and lack customer service skills and common courtesy. They are insensitive and incompetent and will not respond to you in a timely manner, let alone give you a satisfactory solution. They ship using “Roadie” which is like DoorDash but for the mail. Your items are not going to be in the hands of actual trained mail carriers and when something goes wrong, they will blame your community! Saying you should live somewhere more private. I live in New York City! I was told my package was delivered and the delivery photo showed my package left at a different location. They will not resend the order or refund me even after I’ve returned the pieces that actually were delivered. Don’t waste your time. Customer service was incredibly rude and the language was racially charged. I’ll be seeking other retribution.
