Organizational diagnosis of a company (Paperback)

The purpose of the organizational diagnosis is to assess the state of an organization (strengths and weaknesses) and to establish the possibilities for improving the functioning and use of its resources in order to achieve its objectives. Organizational diagnosis is the first step in the improvement of all aspects of an organization and therefore it aims to contribute to the proper management of the complexity of organizations. Within the framework of our studies in Master1 in Management of Companies and Organizations (MMEO), we wanted to dwell on the organizational diagnosis as a single topic.
