They are made of a rust resistant aluminum alloy so they will look great for years to come. They are very well made and much sturdier than I thought they would be. The 3 sturdy mounting tabs contain 4 predrilled mounting holes and are already permanently attached. Each one also comes with 5 stainless steel screws and mounting anchors, which is one more than needed, just in case you lose or break one. This is much sturdier %26 better than some other brands that require you to attach fewer mounting tabs with small nuts and bolts making them flimsy and more prone to failure. These will no doubt stand up to any amount of snow, wind %26 rain. Perfect design makes them plenty long %26 wide enough to cover even larger sized cameras as well as shed rain, snow %26 debris off to the sides instead of getting trapped on top like some other brand's design. They are painted/coated flat white on the top/outside and are now painted/coated flat black on the underside which helps eliminate glare compared to older versions which were painted/coated white on the underside, but this was causing glare in the camera's video so this is a great improvement.
