The desk is very heavy in the box when delivered. Please get assistance carrying desk if you have stairs. You may also need help lifting to get desk to another room. The desk looks just like the picture. Took about an hour to assemble. You should only need a screwdriver. Each desk piece has a number on it to match instructions in the manual. Bright white color with led remote to change desk light different colors. The shelves can be used for routers, monitors, desk phone, books, bookbag, laptop school supplies. I like the electrical cord that is built into desk for my lamp and cell phone charger. One drawer made of fabric cloth. The desk was delivered on time.
