The mattress is great and the delivery of the mattress was great. The Walmart delivery guy was very nice and he couldn't believe a mattress was in the box. When you open it, it becomes a full sized mattress (it's amazing)! I would not recommend Angi's list for old mattress removal. I did every step I was supposed to do, I confirmed the pickup and paid an additional $88.00 for that pickup!! They were supposed to pick up the mattress Sunday night between 9 and 10pm. It was set nicely for them at the end of driveway. Should have taken all of 2 minutes to put it on back of their truck. They never showed up. I did what the instructions said to do. Then I was told I'd have to wait till Wednesday night for a new pick up. Two more days with an old mattress on my front yard in the pouring rain. There was no explanation as to why the other company never came or called? Yes, Walmart did return the $88.00, which was appreciated! During our nor'easter our garbage men took the mattress! I fully appreciated that! Mattress-yes recommend! Angi's list pickup-never!

I was looking for a plush mattress with coils, like my favorite mattress (who has since 'passed away' and replaced with a boxed foam mattress,that was Not a favorite). This new mattress was 12 inch, not 14 as my favorite, it Did have coils and a pillow top though. I was skeptical, as it was being delivered in a box... Let's skip to the end result: it did amazingly well unfolding. It's feel? Bouncy. For me, it's a big improvement over foam. I really dislike foam. This mattress has bounce, but still has the... you know, where it doesn't disturb the person next to you. There is no "person" in this case, but yeah, it has that. Also, it's soft, but not as soft as my favorite. This is comfy soft, not super soft. I mean... it feels more supportive. I wake up without my shoulder or hips aching (side sleeper problems). I don't know if they advertised cool sleeping, but it definitely sleeps cooler than my foam mattress that this one is replacing. By the way, when foam mattresses are advertised as helping with tossing and turning, it's due to making it difficult for you to do so, not because of increased comfort. This mattress increased my comfort, so less tossing and turning to find comfort. I'm pleased with the quality, the price, the easy set up and the feel. I'm pleased with my purchase.
