I'm very happy with the refurbished Dell Laptop from this seller. The purchase transaction was seamless as was the shipping %26 delivery. The laptop was exactly as described, very clean and seemed very well taken care of by previous owner. Pre-owned evidence was super minimal at best. By that I mean the only way I could tell it was a “used laptop,” is the wearing off =fading of the writing on the labels on the bottom of the laptop itself. All the specs match with what was on the product sale page. I'm very happy with my purchase %26 so far so good! I'm not a beginner computer user, but I'm no expert either… so this is perfect for me. It's very user friendly and use is straight forward. It was packaged securely and nicely to insure it wasn't damaged during transportation. It included the laptop and power plug in/charger. I will update if anything changes🙂
