The Dodge Ram truck they are on is normally driven on paved roads. Have not had them long enough to really say how the tread life will hold up. The truck's rear wheelshas felt like a wheel was spinning when taking off from a stop in wet weather...or at least they slipped more than the Bridgestones that they replaced did. Likewise, they are a "softer" tire than the Bridgestones. However, they also cost MUCH less than Bridgestones and I know I will be selling the truck soon, so the savings were great. Yes, I would recommend these.
