This is great for those cold winter days! I fix this by the instructions plus I add some frozen broccoli flowerets or pieces to the soup! It's great! When done I put the soup in a bowl add some grated cheddar cheese on top, get some crackers and we're all set for a nice warm meal! I usually make a small salad to go along with the soup! P.S. The soup mix has broccoli already in it, but our family likes more broccoli in the soup!

I've been pleasantly surprised by all of the Bear Creek soup mixes. They are delicious. Potato is my favorite and better than home made, this my second favorite and the Chicken Noodle third. When my grand daughter come over, I can make a hot soup that I know she's going to like, add a salad and a glass of milk and it looks like I spent hours cooking - when, in fact, only about 20 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone.

I like ALL the BEAR Creek Soups ! They are Great just out of the package. Only a few minutes and you have hot soup. OR - toss in a few of your own vegetables and or meat, and you have more soup for a hungry family. I do that and I have soup to share with a neighbor or take to a picnic. I like to add like ground meat to the Darn Good Chile or some chicken and frozen peas and carrots to the Chicken soup. These soups don't need anything but with just a little effort can make this "your own' signature dish !
