i have long fine hair with some irish curls and frizz. My hair feels so moisturized and very little frizz. I like the keratin one however it isnt as good with moisturizing and frizz control as this one (but leaves your hair more soft then this one). I also use a detangler spray as this doesnt help as much as the keratin one. overall I'd recommend it for performance and it's budget friendly
