Microwave on full power Cat E-800W for 2 minutes. 3. Peel back film, fluff in the tray & check the product is hot before serving. Microwave ovens vary, adjust time accordingly. Alternatively stir-fry for 2 minutes in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
