Love the look and feel of the pan. Only suggestion is to read the instructions. Do NOT heat on HIGH and do NOT leave high acid dish in pot. There is a reason I purchased my second pan in a year. Ever since I observed those 2 directions the pan looks and cooks wonderful.

This brand of cookware the Tramontina is exceptionally made and durable. It feels heavy and made of a really good metal. The glass cover is an added bonus and seals well. I have used it on top of a stove and it rinses well with no sticky or stuck on food. The reason I bought this pot is to make caramel. So I hope it will hold up to its promise.
