The only thing that's bad but it's with every pullout bed is the bar. I had to buy a foam mattress to put on the bed. I can still feel the bar a little once in awhile but with the extra protection it's good.

Weight limit says 250 per side but it may be a bit higher. Feels soft to the touch and as other reviewers have said, may need a mattress pad to last all night laying on it. My only other complaint is the cup holders are a bit small but there's really no way to make them any bigger unless the company makes the arms wider. Assembly was a sinch except the arms but if you angle it just right, they'll both sit right into place. The charging on the side is run by a usb cord so make sure you have a very powerful wall charger or your phone won't charge or charges slowly. Other than that, it's exactly as described
