Don't Pay for the Name Brand: Get This!

Equate Acetaminophen PM is a good product for an excellent price. It's non-habitforming according to the label. It is meant for night time; Therefore, the Diphenhydramine HCI (brand name Benedryl - antihistamine and light sedative. Read label or ask doctor/pharmacist for warnings and/or possible reactions.) It does make most people drowsy. It helps me sleep through the night with extreme joint pain in addition to prescription medications. For most, it would do well for general pain, mild migraines, or menstrual cramping.

These are just as effective as the bigger brand names such as Tylenol, that can cost double the price and better than some of the other less expensive generic brands. A definite good choice.
