This is a basic headlamp. Fits on or under a winter hat. Easy to change batteries. Bright. I bought this one because my kids had lost my HL1 collection at various summer camps. I recently had ankle surgery and am on crutches this light works very well for getting around the house at night without having to turn lights on and off in the house. I highly recommend this purchase to anyone that will get leg or hip surgeries.

I love this headlamp. It is very bright, useful when you really need bright light in some task. Also you can aim it so it doesn't blind people if you are walking in the dark somewhere. I have had this headlamp for years and when this year it unexpectedly stopped working, COAST replaced it for free. I highly recommend COAST headlamps!
