Looks great. It's comfortable.
The chair itself is good. Delivery was quick. The box came worse for wear, basically 2 halves of a box taped together and I'm surprised it held up. Assembling the chair was easy, but it did not come with a power source (which means you cannot use the chair's features). I don't see where it says “cords sold separately,” so I reached out to customer service— hopefully it gets resolved. If you want a chair, this is a good product. If you want service, maybe look somewhere else.
