if you dont have a water softener makes sure to clean at least once a week do to mineral build up. id recommend having a can of computer duster to blow through the pump mechanism. some times hair or mineral build up happens and itll stop it from pumping water. ITS NOT BROKEN JUST NEEDS A LITTLE AIR
