Love this futon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this can serve as a couch and a bed, especially when I'll be moving into a smaller space and won't have an extra bed. I love that it is firm, the back can recline into 3 different positions & the arms can be removed if someone longer will be sleeping on it.

Uncomfortable and noisy.

It's very hard and uncomfortable. It makes a rattling noise from somewhere inside the couch that is sealed up and I can't get to so it constantly makes noise any time anyone touches it. EVERYTHING sticks to the fabric and a lint roller doesn't pull it off due to the type of material. It also creaks every time I lean against the arm rest. Regretting this buy.

Pretty, but very uncomfortable. We ended up returning. The futon is unusable, it goes up in the middle at the seam when laying down on it. Impossible to sleep on.
