I've been using this for a couple years, and my nails are definitely stronger, and probably growing faster. It is always hard to tell with supplements for fingernails, because they grow from the cuticle area and the newly supplemented nail has to slowly grow out to beyond the nail bed before you can tell if they are working, which takes months.

Love this product

I love this keratin. It helps my bails look better, my hair doesnt fall out as much. Its a small pill which makes it easy to take. I take this along with the swanson biotin and I can tell a huge difference.

It's a very very low dose.

Compare to Doctors Best product with same number of capsules. Swanson's is 50mg, while Doctors Best is 500mg per capsule. It's no wonder some reviews mention "no results yet." I did try this, but quickly switched to the higher dose version from Doctors, which is also much cheaper, once you account for a tenfold increase in amount. It's funny tho, I did have some slight improvement with this very small dose, enough that I permanently take keratin now. A lot of my "favorite supps" are Swansons, but definitely not this one.
