This is one of the best laxatives to use I recommend taking it at night so that in the morning you would be able to use the bathroom because if you take it in the morning and you have a busy day ahead of you it sometimes Act within a couple of hours so it's best to take it at night before you go to bed so if you do have to use it and still be home and be comfortable

Yes gentle but still a stimulant laxative

It is gentle, but still a gentle stimulant laxative. Worked in about 8 hours. I got slight cramping/lots of loose stool, it was fairly manageable but I would still recommend raking at a time where you will have access to a bathroom 6-10 hours later.
