Good for use around home

For Industrial I would spend more for milwaukee, like the $20 grinders 4inch, cheap is ok but recommend repack head gears with grease before use, as they usually have zero grease and wears them out fast. especially for shipfitting. I was shipyard electrics for 30+ years so know alot about hand power tools.
