I have two of these handy little machines for my house. It’s amazing how much moisture they remove from my house! It has taken care of the mildew problem I had been having. I had an issue with one of them not shutting off when the reservoir was full and overflowing, but Waykar was super helpful in getting this resolved and I would highly recommend this company for 100% satisfaction.

Great dehumidifier with only minor problems
I have 3 other dehumidifiers (I live in Florida), so I can truly offer informed comments. I am using it in my living, bed, and bath rooms and not with a hose attachment in the basement or attic PRO: The machine is easy to use and can be rolled without much effort from room to room. It has two settings and the LOW one is so quiet, that I can keep it next to my bed without losing sleep. The humidity level is not only displayed on top of the machine but also on large, well lit display on the side of the machine. Removing, emptying and replacing the tank is very easy. It performs better than my other dehumidifiers, judging by the amount of moisture it collects. Finally, the electrical chord is 6 feet long, which makes it easy to plug into available electric outlets. CON: there are only 2 features I dislike. The manually operated buttons on top of the machine are lit, but they are labelled in dark gray letters, printed on a light gray surface. It would be better to use black letters. Also, when you remove the tank, to empty it, the machine drips a lot of water. I have tiles throughout my home, so it doesn't do any damage to my floor, But if you have carpets or wood flooring, you need to be aware of it and use a towel to protect your floors.
