Excellent shoe, fits perfect, size mislabeled?

I need a large shoe size with a wide width. I ordered these shoes thinking they wouldn't be very good shoes but I was pleasantly surprised. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The only potential gripe I have is that the shoes came in a box that was labeled one size less than what I ordered. I tried them on and found out that they did in fact fit perfectly. I then ordered the exact same shoe at my original size and width again and the same thing happened. They also fit perfectly. Not sure how to tell people how to order these to fit.

From all the reviews I have read, it is obvious that who ever fills the orders for these shoes, has a problem sending the correct size. I ordered size 11.5 because it's recommended that a larger size is usually needed. Your team sent a size 11. I am keeping these shoes as they seem to fit just fine. I have not walked in them yet, so I may be changing my mind. Please send the correct size when filling orders. I originally ordered a different pair but cancelled that order and am still waiting for my refund. I need shoes so I'm going to give these a whirl.

WRONG SIZES sent after THREE separate orders!

WRONG SIZE! WRONG SIZE! WRONG SIZE!!! That seems to be the running theme on all the reviews. I think i can almost top everyone else's. Ordered 3 pairs of size 11.5 for husband who ONLY likes to wear this style. (I have purchased at least 8 individual pairs throughout the years from other vendors.) With the first order they sent 3 pairs of size 11 instead of size 11.5. Talked to customer service that made me return them in person to the Fed Ex Hub, ( I live in Alaska) I could not return them to any local store and from then they sent me my exchange. Waited till they received them and another several weeks and not the two days that I was promised to get the second box of 3 pairs. Guess what??!! Uh huh..... Same WRONG SIZE. Sent THREE pairs of 11 and not 11.5 like ordered. This gets even better....returned the second box of 3 pairs and ordered another 3 pairs in size 11.5. Can anyone figure out what size the FedEx driver just just delivered? YEP YOU GUESSED IT! ANOTHER THREE BOXES OF SIZE 11 AND NOT 11.5!!! What is the deal with these folks? Are they just BLIND and cannot read the packing slip to see what is the size to send? This is UNEXCUSABLE! Wish I knew who or what warehouse Walmart is using for these shoes. Someone needs to do something!!! Is this sabotage and on purpose?? If so, it is working....
