Recipe Ingredients 2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, Minced 4 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 4 teaspoons greek seasoning like Cavender's 4 lbs flank steak or top sirloin boneless, cut in strips Instructions In a large, resealable bag mix seasonings then add beef strips. Seal bag and shake. Heat skillet on medium high with olive oil. Or you can grill, just omit the oil. Add beef strips and saute or grill for about 10 minutes until cooked to desire doneness. serve sliced.
