Easy to Cook (Serves 3): 1. In a saucepan, add 1 pouch (10.6 oz) of curry sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Bring to boil. 2. Add sliced chicken breast (12 oz) or any protein of your choice. (and more vegetable if you wish). Simmer until protein is cooked through. 3. Best served with Thai jasmine rice. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated. it is the VERY CLOSEST to authenticity .. Perfect flavor. if u really want to make it more authentic, just add the veggie condiments thing and i always put hot chilly while boiling and then crushed with spoon when done, mixed it. omg yum ! .. lived in bkk for 2.5 yrs eating street food. YUM.

The curry sauce has a very good flavor, and is versatile- I have used it as a sauce to serve with chicken, rice, and vegetables,. It's also been an excellent base to add flavor to my copycat version of Panera's Thai chicken soup, along with chicken broth and a can of coconut cream. Yum!

Blue Elephant brand curry sauce.

if you're to make a thai dish, this brand is the best. i buy both the red which is little spicy and the yellow is less spicy and more sweet. i use either for when im making thai seafood curry. but when i make Singapore style noodles i strictly use the yellow curry. if you prefer more spicy, just add red pepper flakes. also once in awhile i might add thai coconut cream.
