I think it's working. The powder mixes easily in water, juice, tea, even coffee. It doesn't have much of a flavor, so it doesn't change the flavor of what you mix it into. I think that it is helping me sleep better. I would reccomend it.

HELPS MY BLADDER GO TO SLEEP SO I'M NOT UP AND DOWN ALL NIGHT.

It tastes yuckingly sweet so I have to add it to real lime or lemon water but it helps me sleep and I have a weak bladder and it helps me not get up three or four times to go to the bathroom. If you take to much you'll for sure know it.
