General Altimax Arctic 215/65r16

This is the second set (4) that I had on my Forester. Got over 30,000 miles on the first set, running them all year long. They do great in snow and ice. They do get a little noisier when they get worn down near the end of their life, but not nearly as bad as some of the other snow rated tires. You would be hard pressed to find a better winter tire at this price.

Great review!Looks like you have had a great experience with the Altimax Artic. We just recommend that you do not keep winter tires all year round because it will cause rapid wear or uneven wear on the tires.
