Poor Quality

The product arrived in a box that did not show any damage. I removed the file cabinet to find that both drawers did not appear to be aligned correctly in the cabinet and two drawer corners actually rubbed on the sides. Now I don't know it these issues were due to poor workmanship or due to shipping. I would note that for being an American made product, I was not happy with the quality and did not reorder the product.
