Mini Meltinchoc, USA Voltage Lilac

I purchased this to temper chocolates from home. Unfortunately the temp dial in Centigrade isn't true to the recorded temperature. It took forever to heat to 120 degrees F at the maximum setting but I couldn't hold the temp at 91 without a lot of playing around. Once there it did hold the temp but it would have been much easier and faster using a double boiler. I think it's going to spend most of its time sitting on a shelf.

After reading the directions and following them my 8oz of chocolate still did not fully melt. I let it go for 1 hour and never got to the seeding process.
