Side by side comparison is very good
I normally take Nutrafol for women over 60. I feel like this is a much better value and much more affordable. The ingredients are the same. There are a few of the minerals that are just 3-5 mg less than the name brand. I don't feel like this is a big enough issue for me to keep me from continuing to buy this product. I always buy the Equate brand. I do read the labels of the name brand as well to see how the ingredients compare. I've never been disappointed.
